High School Football at Ladd-Peebles Stadium 8/27/2010 High School football has played a vital role in Ladd-Peebles Stadium's storied history since its inaugural season in 1948, with hundreds of area high school games having been played in the facility over the past 61 years. Currently, four Mobile-area high schools call Ladd-Peebles Stadium home – B.C. Rain, LeFlore, Murphy and Williamson, with 20 different high school games scheduled at the stadium this fall.
